As the Cyclones prepare for another night of hockey at U.S. Bank Arena tonight, here are some notes to get you started:- Roster-wise, nothing much will change from Monday.... Aubin and Liambas are still out.  While Mathieu will likely be back within the week, "The Bus" may be sitting in park for a while.  Officially, there isn't a timetable for either players' official return.  Defenseman Chris Clark is out tonight after sustaining an ankle injury against Gwinnett.

It's been a busy day in Puckopolis....here are some of the headlines: - The Nashville Predators and Montreal Canadiens have made a trade today...the Preds acquired veteran defenseman Hal Gill from the Montreal Canadiens.  The Predators also receive a conditional 2013 draft pick, in exchange for forwards Blake Geoffrion and Robert Slaney, plus a 2012 second-round pick.  What that means from the Cyclones end, most likely, is that Slaney will be headed to either Wheeling (ECHL) or Hamilton (AHL).

As the Cyclones prepare for their Thursday night battle against the Elmira Jackals...here are things that YOU need to know for tonight: - The Clones have a new face on defense - Nick Tabisz....Cincinnati's pressing need has been on defense, and now they have a guy who will solve that problem.  A local kid from Kettering, Ohio, Tabisz is a stable rear guard and will really help Cincinnati's blue line crew - which has been decimated by injury of late.

Another Monday...another fresh edition of the Coors Light Jarrod Skalde Show TONIGHT at Gameworks in Newport!  Plus, Maury Edwards and Joe Devin will be on hand to visit with fans and answer questions!

Continuing a busy week, the Cyclones will open up another three-in-three this weekend beginning tonight (Friday) with Pink in the Rink against Toledo! Here are some notes you need to be aware of for tonight: - Chet Pickard will return to the Cincinnati net tonight after Brad Fogal took over the reins for a few days.  Pickard looked good in morning skate and told me he's very excited to get back on a winning track tonight.  Look for a driven performance from him tonight.

It’s a color not often associated with hockey but this Friday night at U.S. Bank Arena, the Cincinnati Cyclones and their fans will see pink at the annual Pink in the Rink Night in support of breast cancer awareness. The Cyclones, who host the Trenton Titans, will don specially made pink jerseys and play on a freshly painted pink ice. This year’s event, which has a unique place in the hearts of the players, benefits the Pink Ribbon Girls.

The Clones opened up a critically important road trip with a big overtime win on Wednesday night and now will make their way into Kalamazoo tonight! Here are some notes you'll need to keep an eye on tonight... - Mike Liambas will be back on the ice tonight after serving his 1-game suspension.  He's always a physical presence on the ice and a stable guy on defense...especially in a smaller building like Wings Stadium. - Brian Foster will once again be between the pipes tonight...
