Wade Megan Summoned by San Antonio

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators announced today that rookie forward Wade Megan has been recalled to the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League.
Megan, a 23-year-old Canton, New York native, has received his first-career AHL promotion after beginning his pro career with Cincinnati. In 11 games to start his rookie campaign, the Boston University alum led all ECHL rookies and ranked fifth overall with 15 points (9 goals, 6 assists). His goal totals ranked second best among all ECHL players. He was named the ECHL Player of the Week for October 28-November 3 for amassing nine points (6 goals, 2 assists) over a three game stretch.
Megan is the second Cyclones player to receive a call-up this season. Scott Darling was recalled to the Milwaukee Admirals last month.
